Cancellations are only valid in writing!
In the event of cancelling your booking or early departure conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply:
More than 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation conditions, but no refund of deposit
1-3 months before arrival – 40 % of the rate is charged
1 week – 1 month before arrival – 70 % of the rate is charged
less than a week before arrival – 90 % of the rate is charged
